The staff was REALLY HELPFUL, the room was comfy, bed was large. They made my stay nice. Liked bathroom with a bathtub. Got complimentary wake up service, that was nice of them. Wonderful location to a historic marketplace.

a great place for exploring kyoto. the room was so good sized. thoroughly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant monsieur ito, no need to go somewhere else.
